3. When will my order be processed?

All orders placed Monday – Friday will normally ship out within 48 hours. All orders are shipped USPS,Fed Ex, Fed Ex 2 Day or Fed Ex Next Day Air depending on your selection and a tracking number will be provided to the valid email address for order delivery confirmation.
WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS OR TO PO BOXES.
Note: Next Day and 2 Day Orders placed will ship the following BUSINESS DAY, please note this in the time frame you need next day air or 2 day air.

5. What is the SHOP1920 Return Policy?
  • a. Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a refund of the item price.
  • b. SHOP1920 offers one free return with each shipment. A return label will be included with your order if needed to use.
  • c. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • d. All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging.
  • e. A copy of your invoice/or return form must accompany any return. If you do not have your invoice you can log into the website under your log in information view history and print previous orders.
  • f. We are sorry but when exchanging items, credit can only be used per invoice amount, not combined with multiple returns.
  • g. Please note the item you are returning may be out of stock. We can only provide a refund or place you on priority delivery once the item is back in stock unless the item will be discontinued.

7. What is your shipping methods use? Can I track my order?

SHOP1920 uses UPS ground shipping on all orders. You will also have the option for 2Day and Next Day Air with your order and pricing will be provided for that service. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number from SHOP1920 via Realgreek Apparel Co. allowing you to track the arrival of your order. Most orders are received within three to five business days using ground service the day the item is shipped. If the item is listed as being delivered on a special date (i.e. limited editions, limited quantities, priority pre orders, etc.) your order will be moved into a back order status and you will be notified by email when the order ships.

8. Is a signature required for my delivery?

No, items will be left at the home or business where shipping was indicated.

9. What is a no haggle return policy?

Within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your product you can return to SHOP1920 for a full refund. All items must be returned in original packing.

10. Can my product be shipped overseas?

Yes, at this time we do ship to PO boxes and APO’s.

11. If a group wants to purchase a bulk order of one particular item, are discounts available?

All chapter/group orders will have an across the board price of $130 for 10 or more blazers ordered. Other items in the collection will also have across the board group pricing once added to the site for purchase. Please call Customer Service at 214-441-3414 for any questions.

12. How does my warranty work?

All items have a warranty. Should you have a defect or problem with wheels, hardware, defective zipper, etc. we will repair or replace this item if within the indicated warranty time from purchase. This warranty does not apply to misuse, normal wear and tear.

13. What are E-Gift Cards and how do they work?

E-Gift cards are electronic gift cards purchased for specified dollar amounts. All E-Gift cards are emailed and no gift cards will be sent via regular mail. The recipient of the gift card will receive a voucher # to use during the checkout process. In the event the voucher amount is less than the final amount, the system will require a credit card to complete the remaining balance.

14. What if an item I want to purchase is sold out?

Unless an item will be discontinued, items may be sold out because of high demand. Always sign up to our newsletter to stay informed when new items arrive or when items will be in stock. Wait list options will also be available to advise you once an out of stock product returns.
